Boatman's Cottage offers a breathtaking location with views over Newton Bay, just a short stroll along the beach from Dunstanburgh Castle and Embleton Bay. Accommodating up to six guests, the cottage provides comfortable self-catering accommodation with a range of impressive features.
The open-plan living area includes a lounge complete with a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen television, and a large picture window showcasing stunning sea views. The space also features a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with high-quality appliances, including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is spacious and boasts an en-suite shower room and a private, south-facing balcony. There is also a twin second bedroom, a third bedroom with bunk beds, a family bathroom, and an additional separate wet room with a shower, sink, and WC.
The cottage is equipped with full central heating, including underfloor heating in the bathroom and shower room, and offers free Wi-Fi, allowing guests to bring their own laptop for use.
Outside, a south-facing rear garden includes a patio and barbecue area, along with parking space for two cars. To ensure the comfort of all guests, the cottage maintains a no-smoking and no-pet policy.
