The Mulgrave Estate offers a selection of stunning properties in the picturesque coastal villages of Sandsend, Lythe, and Goldsborough. These cottages seamlessly combine traditional charm with modern luxuries, creating unique, hidden gems finished to the highest standards. Each pet-friendly cottage comes with free WiFi, parking, and private gardens, with many featuring hot tubs and wood burners.
Nestled in the heart of the tranquil Sandsend Valley, the cottages provide an exclusive retreat. In addition, there are two cottages located in nearby Lythe and The Guardhouse, situated in open countryside near Goldsborough.
All cottages are fully equipped with linen and towels, and high chairs and travel cots are available upon request.

Sandsend is located about 3 miles north of the historic fishing town of Whitby, making it an ideal destination for families.
The area features beautiful sandy beaches, beach cafés, a general store, and restaurants serving locally sourced food. Mulgrave Woods, with trails available by permission of the Estate, are open every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, except during May. The Sandsend beach, which stretches approximately 4 miles, offers year-round family enjoyment. The village retains its old-world charm and provides a variety of amenities for visitors. Nearby, the North York Moors Steam Railway runs from Whitby to Pickering, offering a scenic journey with stops for exploration along the way.
