Norfolk Holiday Lodges provides an ideal retreat on the picturesque Norfolk Broads, with each lodge uniquely positioned by the water for a serene escape into nature. Guests can choose from two- and three-bedroom detached lodges, each offering breathtaking views of the river or marina.
Every lodge is thoughtfully equipped with central heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi included. Kitchens are fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, with select lodges featuring a washing machine (individual lodge details available). Lodges come complete with bed linens, towels, tea towels, and essential supplies, ensuring a convenient self-catering experience.
For anglers, each lodge includes a bait fridge and quay-headed mooring for personal or hired boats, with local boat hire nearby and access to a private slipway. Guests can unwind on their private deck with outdoor dining furniture, surrounded by a garden or a spacious terrace. Parking is available for 1 to 3 cars, with additional parking at the marina upon request.

Ferry Lodge is a riverside retreat featuring a timber interior and stunning water views. The spacious layout includes a king bedroom with an en-suite, a double bedroom, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (single over double), perfect for a family getaway.
Nature's Nook - Sleeps 4 + 1 child
Nature's Nook offers spectacular river views and beautiful sunset scenes, with a veranda and outdoor dining furniture leading down to the water. Inside, there’s a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed (single over small double).
River View - Sleeps 4
Situated at the garden’s edge, River View is ideal for fishing and enjoying the river's activity. This lodge includes a king bedroom and a twin room, making it a comfortable riverside escape.
River Breeze - Sleeps 6
Tucked away in a quiet marina, River Breeze is a family-friendly lodge featuring two double bedrooms and a third room with twin beds. With quay-headed mooring, it provides a peaceful waterside getaway.
River Retreat - Sleeps 6
Located at the marina’s entrance, River Retreat offers quay-headed moorings and a tranquil setting. This lodge includes two double bedrooms and a twin room, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday by the water.
River Bay - Sleeps 4
River Bay offers a serene location for fishing, wildlife watching, and unwinding. With a king bedroom (en-suite) and a twin bedroom, both en-suite, this lodge is perfect for a peaceful marina escape.
River Rest - Sleeps 4
Positioned at the front of the marina, River Rest is perfect for fishing and watching boats on the River Yare. It includes a king bedroom with en-suite and a twin room, creating an ideal waterside retreat.
Onsite, guests can enjoy fishing, boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking, exploring the beauty of the Norfolk Broads or simply unwinding in nature's embrace. For a change of pace, the vibrant city of Norwich and the seaside charm of Great Yarmouth are just a short drive or train ride away.
