Year Round Touring Park!
Elm Cottage Touring Park is a meticulously maintained, family-friendly site that welcomes children and pets, offering pitches for caravans, tents, and motorhomes. Located just over a mile from Oulton Park Motor Racing Circuit and near the charming village of Little Budworth, this park is a prime holiday spot in the region. Situated only 12 miles from Chester, it provides an ideal base for exploring the many attractions in the area.
Open year-round, the touring park features 35 pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and trailer tents, accessible via hard-surfaced roads and offering a combination of fully serviced and all-weather options.
The spacious family camping and rally field accommodates tents, caravans, motorhomes, and rallies, with 51 pitches offering electric hook-up. Guests can enjoy scenic views across the Cheshire Plain to the Pennines, a well-designed children’s play area tucked into a corner, and a large dog walk along two sides of the 5-acre field where dogs can roam freely.
Amenities include a modern underfloor-heated toilet block with free showers and accessible facilities, along with a laundry area and campsite freezer. During peak season, guests can enjoy fresh, woodfired pizzas on Fridays and crepes on weekends. BBQs are available for hire.
The park’s small on-site shop, affectionately called ‘The Tardis,’ offers a range of local products, including sausages, bacon, free-range eggs, bread, fresh coffee, cold drinks, ices, fresh milk, and essential groceries. Additionally, there are three dog-friendly pubs within walking distance.
For organised groups, Elm Cottage Touring Park accommodates rallies and welcomes organizations such as the Camping & Caravanning Club and the Caravan and Motorhome Club. The rally barn provides an excellent social space for group gatherings.
