The cottage’s refurbished kitchen is thoughtfully designed to maximize space with integrated units and every essential for preparing a full meal. It is well-equipped with ample worktops, an oven, hob, and microwave. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment is ready for storing everything from milk to wine. Although there is no dishwasher, eco-friendly washing-up liquid and tea towels are provided, along with a generous supply of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the renovated extension serves as a dedicated dining area, furnished with upcycled pine furniture and overlooking the lush patio and valley. Double doors open onto the patio, allowing for alfresco dining when the weather permits. This area is equipped with a large table and cushioned chairs, and independent heating ensures warmth during cooler months.
Upstairs, the entire space is devoted to the lounge, where original wooden beams contribute to a cozy, characterful atmosphere. The lounge becomes a warm retreat on cooler evenings, complete with a flat-screen television, DVD player, and a selection of books and films.
The bedroom, though compact, offers a luxurious king-size bed with touch lighting bedside storage, a full-sized wardrobe, and additional storage. The room is independently heated and finished with a stylish Roman blind. The recently refurbished bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a large ladder radiator to keep towels warm.
