Hartshill is a spacious end-terrace house that sleeps up to seven guests. The ground floor includes a welcoming entrance hall, a cloakroom with WC, and a bright, open-plan dining and living room. French windows lead out to a patio and garden, providing a peaceful setting to enjoy the outdoors. The living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if required. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washer/dryer, ensuring all the comforts of home. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe, a second double bedroom with a standard double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a single bedroom with a chest of drawers. The family bathroom is fully tiled and includes a bath with shower over and a shaver point. Ribblesdale, the adjoining mid-terrace property, also sleeps up to seven guests and provides equally comfortable and versatile accommodation. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a cosy lounge, and a separate dining room with French doors opening onto a rear patio. Like Hartshill, the dining area includes a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated fridge, electric oven, gas hob and microwave, and a separate utility room houses a WC, washbasin, freezer and washer/dryer. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe, a second double bedroom with a standard double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a single bedroom with a chest of drawers. The bathroom is fully tiled, offering a bath with shower over and a shaver point. Ribblesdale has a lawned garden at the front and rear vehicular access from Burton Edge. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and a rear patio and storage shed provide additional convenience for guests bringing bicycles or outdoor gear.
Both cottages are ideally situated for exploring Bakewell and the surrounding Peak District. The market town is full of charm, offering a variety of shops, pubs, cafés, and restaurants, as well as a popular outdoor market every Monday, including Bank Holidays.
