Located on the second floor, Horizon Sea View Suite offers stunning vistas of Weymouth Bay and the Jurassic Coast towards the Purbeck Hills and St Adhelm's Head. From this elevated position, guests can also marvel at the views of Weymouth Harbour, the Stone Pier, Nothe Fort, and Portland Harbour. A quaint terrace at the front of the suite provides chairs and tables, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the breathtaking sea views.

Upon entering through a private door from the stairwell, guests find themselves in a small hallway that leads to two distinct rooms. The larger of the two spans the entire width of the building and is blessed with two large sash windows that frame panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. This room is cleverly divided into three functional areas: a sleeping zone complete with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and ample clothes hanging space; an ensuite shower room featuring a toilet, basin, and shower; and a well-equipped kitchen area with a sink, wall units filled with glasses, cutlery, and crockery, a sizable fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, and a kettle.

The smaller room, though lacking the sea view, offers a cozy ensuite bedroom experience. It retains its original late Georgian fireplace, adding character to the space, and includes a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, a 32" TV, and an ensuite toilet/shower room.

The suite's location on Brunswick Terrace affords direct access to the beach via a nearby cul-de-sac. The beach transitions from shingle to sand as the tide recedes, known for its safe swimming conditions, gentle shelving sand, and absence of strong currents, making it particularly suitable for children.

Weymouth itself is a vibrant small town teeming with attractions for visitors. The soft sandy beach and gently shelving shoreline make it ideal for family outings. The harbour area is bustling with shops, pubs, and restaurants, serving as popular spots for locals and tourists alike. Despite its tranquil setting, the suite is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where a plethora of shops, restaurants, and amusements can be found. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll, the Esplanade outside the property stretches towards Weymouth centre and in the opposite direction towards Greenhill and Bowleaze Cove, offering safe and scenic walking routes.
