This semi-detached holiday home provides peaceful and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. Its central location means the beach and local shops are just a five-minute stroll away, while the rare provision of off-road parking for two vehicles offers a valuable convenience in a town where parking is often limited and expensive.
Inside, the cottage opens with a bright entrance hall leading to a well-appointed lounge. Guests can relax in front of a 40” flat-screen digital TV, complete with Freesat, Humax PVR and DVD player. A broad selection of DVDs and books are also available, along with free WiFi for added entertainment and connectivity.
The separate dining room features a table for four and includes a highchair for families travelling with young children. This space opens onto a decked breakfast area in the private rear garden, perfect for morning coffee or alfresco meals in warmer weather.
The kitchen has been newly refurbished to a high standard and includes an electric hob, fan-assisted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A thermostatically controlled shower cubicle and WC complete the facilities on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the front bedroom is furnished with a double bed topped with a memory foam mattress, complemented by bedside tables, lamps, a radio alarm, a dressing table and built-in wardrobes. A Greco travel cot is available on request. The rear bedroom looks out over the garden and contains two single beds, a bedside lamp and table, a multi-drawer unit and a single wardrobe.
The upstairs layout includes a main bathroom with a bath and thermostatically controlled shower, a washbasin, and a separate WC. An additional WC is also provided for guests' convenience.
Outdoors, the small walled rear garden is both secure and private, offering a safe play space for children and a peaceful retreat for adults. The decking area is furnished with a table and four chairs, making it a lovely spot to unwind.
Harbourlights Cottage includes bed linen and tea towels, with regular weekly cleaning at each turnaround. Electricity, gas central heating and hot water are all included in the rental price. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
