The Barns
Barn 1 – Sleeps 6
Designed for families or groups, Barn 1 accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The open-plan living space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy seating area focused around a welcoming log burner. Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and a separate bath. A twin room with en-suite shower and a ground-floor bedroom with an accessible shower room ensure comfort for all guests. Double doors open to a private deck and shared garden, where panoramic countryside views await. Additional features include underfloor heating, modern appliances including a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, EV charging, private parking, Starlink WiFi, and accessible ramp entry.
Barn 2 – Sleeps 5
Barn 2 is well-suited to small families or groups of up to five adults. It offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area warmed by a wood-burning stove. The upstairs master suite includes a large en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features both a double and a single bed. The Stable Cottage – Sleeps 6
Once used for threshing corn and housing working horses, The Stable Cottage has been carefully renovated into a spacious and characterful three-bedroom retreat. With exposed oak beams and stone walls, the cottage blends traditional charm with contemporary comfort. It includes a private garden and shared access to a large farmhouse garden.
Inside, the cottage features a welcoming open-plan lounge and dining area, a separate breakfast room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a convenient downstairs toilet. Upstairs, guests will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious twin room, and a bunk room with full-sized single beds, along with a separate family bathroom – all perfectly suited to families or groups.
On the Farm – Riding School & Animal Experiences
Guests staying at the cottages and barns are welcome to enjoy the on-site riding school, run by experienced and friendly instructors. Suitable for all abilities, riding sessions are offered in both an indoor school and an outdoor menage. Beginners can learn the fundamentals of riding, while seasoned riders can refine their flatwork or jumping skills in a safe and supportive environment.
