The Snipe Room is flexible, allowing it to be arranged as either a twin or a super-king double, and comes with an ensuite bath and shower room. Both of these rooms are spacious and benefit from floor-to-ceiling sash windows with views across the gardens and surrounding countryside. The Covey Room, slightly apart from the others, provides a family-friendly option with a double and single bed and its own ensuite shower room, making it particularly well suited for children aged 12 and above. With a maximum of six guests at any one time, Lower Farm ensures a peaceful and unhurried atmosphere.
All rooms are equipped with modern amenities including LCD televisions, free Wi-Fi, fridges, hairdryers and tea and coffee-making facilities. Thoughtful details such as fluffy towels, bathrobes, hot water bottles, luxury toiletries and even a small decanter of something indulgent for a bedtime drink add to the overall experience.
Breakfast is served in the elegant family dining room, where a log fire provides warmth during the winter months. Guests can begin the day with fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurt before enjoying a full English breakfast cooked to order. Dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice, ensuring all guests are well catered for.
The local village pub, The Rose and Crown, is only a short walk away and offers a welcoming atmosphere along with excellent food and drink. For those preferring not to walk, bicycles are available for use. Beyond Harpley, guests are well placed to explore North Norfolk’s highlights.
