Wherry Cottage features full height ceilings throughout and a comfortable living room with seating, a sofa bed, and a 32” Freeview TV/DVD player. The recently refurbished kitchen includes a stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob, while the dining space makes it easy to enjoy meals together. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – one double and one twin – each with their own Freeview TV/DVD players. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a full-size bath and shower over. Outside, guests can enjoy a picnic table, BBQ, and a south-east facing terrace overlooking the water.

Albion Cottage has also been updated with a new kitchen, including a stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob. The living room provides a cosy space to unwind with comfortable seating and a 32” Freeview TV/DVD player. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both feature Freeview TV/DVD players and share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle. The private garden includes a picnic table, BBQ and a south-east-facing terrace with a wind-out canopy, perfect for making the most of sunny days.

Both cottages are fully heated with thermostatic electric radiators, and all electricity, bed linen, and towels are included. Beds are made up on arrival, and brand new carpets have been fitted in the bedrooms and stairs for the 2024 season.

The location is ideal for making the most of the Norfolk Broads. Guests can hire a boat nearby, enjoy fishing directly from the riverside, or take advantage of the many walking routes in the area. Wroxham itself offers a wide selection of shops, a department store, pubs, and restaurants, while local attractions such as the Bure Valley steam railway, Holkham Hall, Hoveton Hall Gardens, BeWILDerwood Norfolk, Cromer Pier, and the Sandringham Estate are all within easy reach.
