The site is well equipped to meet the needs of its guests. Facilities include a toilet block with wash basins, showers and toilets, along with a laundry room featuring deep sinks, a washing machine and dryer. A covered dishwashing area with multiple sinks is also available. Access is controlled with gates closing at 10.30 pm, although parking is provided for late arrivals. For dog owners, the site offers both an exercise field and a secure enclosed area where dogs can run freely.
Beyond the pitches, the campsite walk provides an enjoyable way to experience the farm surroundings. Guests can stroll through meadow-like grounds, passing a duck pond, a peacock house and a chicken enclosure. In adjacent fields, livestock such as goats, pigs and ponies add to the rural atmosphere. The walk also leads to the on-site fishing lake, home to a variety of fish including roach, rudd, perch, tench and carp. Fishing is complimentary for residents, although visitors must hold the appropriate Environment Agency licence.
Fairfields Farm Caravan and Camping Park is an inviting option for adults seeking a quiet countryside escape. With its balance of modern conveniences, traditional farm surroundings and thoughtful facilities, it provides a comfortable base from which to enjoy both the tranquillity of the East Sussex landscape and the simple pleasures of rural life.
