The driveway offers parking for one vehicle, with additional parking available on the quiet no-through road outside the property. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Bose Bluetooth mini music system. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
On the first floor, the sitting room benefits from dual-aspect views and offers a warm, inviting space with comfortable seating, a traditional log burner, HD smart TV, DVD player and a well-stocked bookcase. A unique feature of the property is the secret door hidden behind the bookcase, which opens to reveal the other half of the house. This section includes a second lounge with another log burner, HD smart TV and DVD player, along with a snug featuring a chaise longue and a selection of local guides and books. This floor also contains a shower room and WC that serves the second-floor loft bedroom.
The ground-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite with shower, WC and a luxurious roll-top bath. The second-floor loft bedroom also includes a king-size bed and a skylight for stargazing. Both bedrooms are supplied with luxury towels, dressing gowns and high-quality bed linen to ensure a comfortable stay.
Outside, the landscaped garden offers a peaceful setting with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Two stone-walled stables and secure bike storage are also available, making the property well suited to guests planning outdoor activities.
