Langskaill Apartment, situated on the first floor of the north wing, is a spacious and well-appointed property with impressive views across Skaill Bay and towards Skara Brae. The apartment includes two double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as a twin, each with an en suite shower room. A further twin bedroom and an additional main bathroom offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Peerieskaill Apartment, located on the ground floor of the same wing, offers a cosy and comfortable environment ideal for couples and smaller families. Sleeping four people, it features one double and one twin bedroom, both with en suite shower rooms. Like Langskaill, it includes a fully equipped kitchen/diner with integrated appliances and a separate sitting room with attractive views over the gardens, the loch and the surrounding countryside.
Both apartments benefit from Wi-Fi access, ample laundry facilities, generous parking and extensive outdoor space, including a large lawned garden, a sheltered courtyard and a conservatory with seating. With the beach and scenic coastal walks only 200 metres away, guests are perfectly placed to enjoy Orkney’s striking coastline. A welcome basket, along with bed linen and towels, is provided, and cots and high chairs are available on request. There is also space to store bikes and outdoor equipment, making the accommodation suitable for guests planning an active holiday.
Guests staying in the apartments are offered free access to Skaill House, arranged out of season. During high season, from April to October, holiday lets operate on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis, while short breaks are available in off-peak times or by arrangement. Skaill House itself includes a well-stocked shop selling local produce, crafts and books, and the nearby Skara Brae visitor centre features a small restaurant serving meals daily.
