The cottage is tastefully furnished throughout and well equipped, offering a comfortable home from home. Inside, there are two welcoming public rooms, including a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV and DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Skye. A separate dining room provides seating for up to six guests and also features a satellite TV and DVD player, making it a sociable space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range of appliances, allowing guests to cater easily during their stay.
Accommodation comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each offering an additional Jay-Be sprung fold-down Z-bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, is provided for convenience. The ground floor bathroom features an electric shower over the bath.
Outside, garden furniture is available for alfresco dining, allowing guests to relax and take in the beautiful views across the loch. The cottage enjoys an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the village of Stein, where visitors will find a welcoming local pub, craft shops and an award-winning seafood restaurant. From the lochside, boat trips can be enjoyed, while the island’s capital town of Portree is only a thirty-minute drive away, offering further attractions, shops and places to eat.
