The accommodation can sleep up to 26 guests across eight bedrooms, some of which benefit from en suite facilities. By prior arrangement, a further six guests can also be accommodated, allowing the property to host up to 32 people in total. Inside, the farmhouse offers three spacious living areas, each equipped with a 48 inch television, CD player and Xbox. The snug lounge forms part of the open plan kitchen area and features a welcoming wood burner, ideal for relaxing on cooler days. The main lounge includes a multi-fuel stove, while a third lounge located off the dining hall provides a calm and comfortable space to unwind. The large farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped to cater for big groups, with ample cooking and storage facilities, including multiple cookers and fridges, making self-catering straightforward and enjoyable.
Additional facilities include a utility room and a dedicated games room, which is located just off the main sitting room and features both a pool table and darts, offering entertainment for guests of all ages. The true centrepiece of Horn Cote Farm is the impressive dining hall, a versatile space that can host banquet-style dining for up to 40 people. For buffet-style celebrations or events with outside catering, the space can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests. The room can be dressed and themed to suit any occasion and also doubles as a dance floor, complete with lasers and a powerful Bluetooth sound system.
The eight bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged, with six located in the main farmhouse and two in the adjoining cottage, which is accessed internally through the dining hall. There are six bath and shower rooms in total, ensuring comfort and convenience for large groups and families staying together.
