The Swallows Nest sleeps two and is perfect for couples. Featuring high ceilings and original oak beams, the cottage enjoys views over the paddock and courtyard. Inside, there is a modern kitchen, a generous lounge and bedroom area with a double bed, a shower room, wall-mounted TV and DVD player, and a cosy log burner.

The Dairy also sleeps two and overlooks the courtyard. This charming cottage retains original oak beams and includes a comfortable lounge, contemporary kitchen, TV and DVD player, log burner and shower room. Accommodation consists of a double bed, with an additional bed settee available for an extra guest by prior arrangement.

The Granary is a cosy family-friendly cottage sleeping up to four guests. It offers views across the paddock and courtyard and includes a double bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin bedroom, along with a separate shower room. The cottage features a modern kitchen and a welcoming living area with a large flat-screen TV and a wood burner.

The Barn sleeps four and overlooks the courtyard. It includes a double and a twin bedroom, both with en suite facilities. The open living area provides a comfortable space to relax, with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, a well-equipped kitchen and a log burner.

The Stable is ideal for families and is designed with the living area on the upper floor to make the most of the surrounding views. On site, guests have access to a laundry room, and a local farm shop supplies a wide range of fresh, locally produced goods.

The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, with numerous attractions close by. There are several riding centres catering for both novice and experienced riders, offering activities from pony trekking to Western riding. Boat fishing trips are available from Poole Harbour, while the nearby River Avon is a popular destination for keen anglers.
