The property features a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, providing a welcoming space for relaxing and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge and microwave, making it ideal for self-catering stays.
The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and leads to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area can also be converted into a separate sleeping space using the sofa bed, offering flexible accommodation for couples, families or friends. A flat screen TV is included, along with essential amenities such as bed linen, towels and heating. Additional facilities include an electric panel heater, washing machine, ironing facilities and a hairdryer.
Outside, the south-facing deck is furnished with garden furniture and includes a fire pit and small barbecue, providing an excellent space for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings. For an additional fee of £40, guests can enjoy access to the hot tub throughout their stay, ideal for stargazing with a glass of wine under the Highland sky.
Culbin Edge enjoys an excellent location for exploring the Moray Coast and the wider Highlands. Pristine beaches are close by, as well as numerous mountains and scenic landscapes. The property is around a three-hour drive north of Edinburgh and Glasgow and approximately ninety minutes from the west coast. The towns of Nairn and Forres are just five miles away, offering a good range of local amenities, while Inverness Airport is located approximately 23 miles from the property.
The surrounding area is particularly appealing to wildlife enthusiasts, with opportunities to spot Roe Deer, Red Squirrels, Pine Martins, Badgers, Scottish Crossbills, Woodcock, Pheasants and occasional visiting Waxwings. During certain seasons, Ospreys can also be seen fishing in Findhorn Bay, adding to the unique charm of this peaceful woodland getaway.
