The Inn at Fossebridge, Fossebridge, Cirencester, Gloucestershire

The Inn at Fossebridge, set on the banks of the River Coln between Northleach and Cirencester, is a historic Cotswold retreat that has been welcoming guests for more than 300 years. Its long-standing presence reflects a rich heritage, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience a traditional English inn in a picturesque countryside setting.

Today, the inn is run by experienced hotelier Dee Ludlow and her partner Geoff Collins, who have introduced an exceptional casual dining concept within the characterful surroundings of a classic Cotswold pub. With its stone walls, flagstone floors and exposed beams, the atmosphere is both warm and authentic, combining history with a relaxed and inviting dining experience.

Accommodation at The Inn at Fossebridge includes seven luxurious bedrooms located in the main house. Each room is individually designed, varying in size and style, and thoughtfully furnished with antique and period pieces that complement the building’s heritage while providing modern comfort.

The inn also offers versatile dining and meeting spaces suitable for banqueting and special occasions. Large Georgian windows provide views across four acres of beautifully maintained gardens and a lake, creating an elegant backdrop for both private events and leisurely visits.
