The ground floor has an open-plan layout with plenty of space for relaxing, dining and cooking. The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, while the dining table seats four. The sitting area has comfortable seating, a digital TV/DVD and a stove-effect electric fire. There is also a separate WC near the entrance.
Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms. The first is a double with its own shower room, while the second has two single beds which can be made up as a double when required. Its en-suite bathroom includes a bath, giving guests a choice of bathing facilities during their stay.
Outside, The Studio has its own private terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ, as well as a grassed area and parking for two cars.
Guests can also make the most of the wider Kinblethmont Estate, with numerous paths available for walks directly from the property. One route leads to the sheltered walled garden, which is available for holiday cottage guests to enjoy.
The walled garden provides plenty of space for both adults and children, with picnic areas, a children's play area, table tennis, outdoor games and an area for ball games.
Combining flexible accommodation with private outdoor space and access to the estate grounds, The Studio provides a practical base for a self-catering stay in Angus.
