The Tin Sheds, Dunan, Broadford, Isle of Skye
Guests can choose between The Green Shed and The Orange Shed, with each property accommodating up to six people. Both have been designed to make the most of their waterside location, with spacious interiors and impressive double-height, floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding scenery.
At the heart of each holiday home is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Comfortable sofas provide plenty of room to unwind, while a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere after a day spent exploring Skye. A 50-inch television and soundbar are also provided.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering break, including a range cooker, double oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also available, while the large rustic dining table provides a sociable space for meals together.
Each property has three bedrooms, comprising a master king-size room and two twin rooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible. Quality bed linen and towels are provided for guests throughout their stay.
There are two bathrooms, including a fully accessible ground-floor bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and separate rainfall shower. Upstairs, guests will find an additional shower room with a walk-in shower.
Perhaps the most memorable feature of The Tin Shed is found just beyond the living area. Doors open directly onto a cantilevered steel deck positioned at the water’s edge, providing a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the views across the loch.
With contemporary interiors, generous accommodation and the dramatic landscape of the Isle of Skye all around, The Tin Shed offers a distinctive base for a self-catering holiday on this beautiful Scottish island.
